Hey, I’m Riley!
I’m a wife, a sister, a daughter and a mumma of two beautiful boys. I am strong, I am sensitive. I am playful, I am driven. I want women to feel safe and a part of something. I want them to have a community that feels like their own.
Growing up I had an on and off again relationship with exercise. I think this is largely due to feeling like I didn’t belong. I wasn’t naturally good at sport and so I thought that meant that exercising wasn’t for me.
This is where a lot of people's stories end. But with the support of my loving partner, years of personal growth, and a desire to show myself that I am worth looking after, movement has become a core part of my being.
And I want to share this with you.
I am a qualified personal trainer and strength coach with specialist qualifications in the pre and postpartum women. My mission is to help women experience the freedom and empowerment that comes with movement. I want to help them to feel confident and to see value in who they are.
Working with me is more than having a coach. It’s having a best friend, a sister, a safety net. Someone you trust, someone who wants you to succeed, someone who’s sole focus is you.
My ethos is that I’ve got you until you’ve got yourself. We’re in this together.
